HA 3305 - Restaurant Management - is a core requirement in The School of Hotel Administration. This menu was developed by
Adam Abbott ‘09, Sarah Boll ‘10, Kassandra Garske ‘11, Jake Kalick ‘10, Nora Kelleher ‘09, and Jin Lee ‘09. The wine pairing was developed by Peter Bowen ‘09, Marvis Burns ‘09, Antonia Ciccolo ‘09, Christina Heggie ‘10, Michelle Lee ‘10, Amanda Rubin ‘10,
Allison Silverstein ‘09, and Rebecca Storch ‘10.
The HA 3305 course runs in partnership with Taverna Banfi professional staff. The regionally-inspired “Il Saporito Taverna” menu is our students’ addition to the restaurant. With this course, our goal is to deliver great food and service in a timely manner to our guests, while we create a positive and fun learning environment for our students.
We thank you for supporting our educational mission here at The Hotel School, and we hope to make Taverna Banfi a preferred restaurant for the Cornell community and Ithaca at large. |
