enthusiasm -- a mood other restaurants can't quite seem to capture. As part of The Statler Hotel, our unique
Italian restaurant is a primary teaching tool for Cornell's School of Hotel Administration. Here, students
work alongside seasoned professionals in all aspects of operation, from
waiting tables to accounting to menu design. Be sure to visit us each spring when students work
closely with world-renowned chefs to stage three elegant dinners. Wolfgang Puck, Masaharu
Morimoto, Todd English, and Daniel Boulud are among the notables who have performed alongside
our students in The Statler Hotel kitchen.
